The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-RERA) is a regulatory body established by the Uttar Pradesh government under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. The authority was formed with the objective of protecting the interests of home buyers, promoting transparency and accountability in the real estate sector, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
UP-RERA has the power to regulate and monitor the real estate sector in Uttar Pradesh, including the registration of real estate projects, agents, and builders. The authority also has the mandate to resolve disputes between home buyers and builders, and it is responsible for ensuring that builders adhere to the rules and regulations set by the Act.
UP-RERA has an online portal that provides information on registered projects, builders, agents, and ongoing disputes. Homebuyers can use the portal to file complaints, track the status of their complaints, and get updates on ongoing projects. The authority also conducts public hearings, awareness campaigns, and outreach programs to educate home buyers and builders about the Act and their rights and responsibilities.

For Data Analysis & Documentation Consultant
a) Educational Qualification: The prospective candidate must have a B.Tech / BE in
Computer Science/Information Technology or Masters of Computer Applications
(MCA) from a reputed institute / university.
b) Professional Experience: The prospective candidate must have over five (5) years
of experience in MIS, documentation, data compilation and analysis, qualitative and
quantitative data interpretation.
c) Government Experience: The prospective candidate must have at least 3 years’
experience working with IT Departments in Central / State Government / PSUs /
Government Authorities, Regulatory Institutions.
d) Communication Skills: The prospective candidate must have excellent
interpersonal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English & Hindi is a
must.
e) IT Skills: The prospective candidate must have high-level of computer proficiency,
specially - familiarity with commonly used Windows, MS Office software and software
packages.
For IT Manager
a) Educational Qualification: The prospective candidate must have a B.Tech / BE in
Computer Science / Information Technology or Masters of Computer Applications
(MCA)
b) Professional Experience: The prospective candidate must have over ten (10) years’
experience working in the IT Sector/Industry, wherein at least five (5) years must be
in a supervisory role.
c) Government Experience: The prospective candidate must have at least 3 years’
experience working with IT Departments in Central / State Government / PSUs /
Government Authorities, Regulatory Institutions.
