एफआईआर पुलिस दर्ज न करे तो कहां पर शिकायत करके एफआईआर दर्ज करवा सकते हैं।

य़दि पुलिस एफआईआर दर्ज न करे तो आप जिला न्यायालय में ज्यूडिशियल मजिस्ट्रेट के यहां सीआरपीसी की धारा 156 तथा धारा 200 के तहत आवेदन कर सकते है। इस पर मजिस्ट्रेट संज्ञान लेकर पुलिस से रिपोर्ट मंगाते है
