एफआईआर पुलिस दर्ज न करे तो कहां पर शिकायत करके एफआईआर दर्ज करवा सकते हैं।

य़दि पुलिस एफआईआर दर्ज न करे तो आप जिला न्यायालय में ज्यूडिशियल मजिस्ट्रेट के यहां सीआरपीसी की धारा 156 तथा धारा 200 के तहत आवेदन कर सकते है। इस पर मजिस्ट्रेट संज्ञान लेकर पुलिस से रिपोर्ट मंगाते है

If the police does not register the FIR, then you can apply to the Judicial Magistrate in the District Court under Section 156 and Section 200 of Cr.PC. On this, the magistrate takes cognizance and calls for a report from the police.
