केंद्र सरकार औद्योगिक न्यायाधिकरण-सह-श्रम न्यायालय में पीठासीन अधिकारी भर्ती 2022 के पदों के लिए आवेदन आमंत्रित किए जाते है।
Application Procedure:-
Applications of eligible and willing officers are requested through Registrar, High Court/ Ministry of Law and Justice and should be accompanied with (i) bio-data in the prescribed proforma at Annexure-L (ii) Certificate to be furnished by the employer/ head of office/ forwarding authority as in Annexure-il (iii) clear photocopies of the up-to-date CR/APAR dossier of the officer containing CRsIAPARs of at least last five years duly attested by a Group A officer (iv) cadre clearance (v) integrity certificate/clearance from vigilance and disciplinary angle as in Annexure-Ill (vi) statement giving details of major or minor penalties, , if any, imposed on the officer during the last ten years, to the following address, so as to reach this office latest by 5.30 P.M. on 14.03.2022: Sh. C. S. Rao, Deputy Secretary, Room No. 310, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Shrairi Shaktl Bhavvan, New Delhi.
आवेदन की प्रक्रिया:-
पात्र और इच्छुक अधिकारियों के आवेदन रजिस्ट्रार, उच्च न्यायालय/कानून और न्याय मंत्रालय के माध्यम से अनुरोध किए जाते हैं और
(i) अनुबंध-एल में निर्धारित प्रोफार्मा में बायोडाटा के साथ होना चाहिए
(ii) नियोक्ता/प्रमुख द्वारा प्रस्तुत किया जाने वाला प्रमाण पत्र कार्यालय/अग्रेषण प्राधिकारी का अनुबंध-II
(iii) समूह ए अधिकारी द्वारा विधिवत प्रमाणित कम से कम पिछले पांच वर्षों के CRsIAPAR वाले अधिकारी की अप-टू-डेट सीआर/एपीएआर डोजियर की स्पष्ट फोटोकॉपी
(iv) कैडर क्लीयरेंस
( v) पिछले दस वर्षों के दौरान अधिकारी पर लगाए गए बड़े या छोटे दंड, यदि कोई हो, का विवरण देते हुए, निम्नलिखित पते पर, सतर्कता और अनुशासनात्मक दृष्टिकोण से सत्यनिष्ठा प्रमाण पत्र / मंजूरी, जैसा कि अनुलग्नक-II
(vi) विवरण में दिया गया है, ताकि शाम 5.30 बजे तक इस कार्यालय में पहुंचें 14.03.2022 को: श्री। सी. एस. राव, उप सचिव, कमरा संख्या 310, श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय, श्राइरी शक्ति भवन, नई दिल्ली .
