About SSC CHSL
SSC CHSL stands for Staff Selection Commission Combined Higher Secondary Level exam. It is a competitive exam conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) for recruitment to various posts such as Data Entry Operator (DEO), Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Postal Assistant (PA)/Sorting Assistant (SA), and Court Clerk in various ministries/departments/organizations of the Government of India.
The exam is conducted in three stages: Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3. Tier 1 is a computer-based exam consisting of multiple-choice questions in four sections: General Intelligence, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and General Awareness. Tier 2 is a descriptive exam that tests candidates' writing skills in English or Hindi. Tier 3 is a skill test or typing test that is conducted for certain posts.

SSC CHSL,कर्मचारी चयन आयोग संयुक्त उच्चतर माध्यमिक स्तर की परीक्षा के लिए है। यह डाटा एंट्री ऑपरेटर (DEO), लोअर डिवीजन क्लर्क (LDC), पोस्टल असिस्टेंट (PA) / सॉर्टिंग असिस्टेंट (SA) और कोर्ट क्लर्क जैसे विभिन्न पदों पर भर्ती के लिए कर्मचारी चयन आयोग (SSC) द्वारा आयोजित एक प्रतियोगी परीक्षा है। भारत सरकार के विभिन्न मंत्रालयों/विभागों/संगठनों में।
परीक्षा तीन चरणों में आयोजित की जाती है: टीयर 1, टीयर 2, और टीयर 3। टीयर 1 एक कंप्यूटर आधारित परीक्षा है जिसमें चार वर्गों में बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न होते हैं: सामान्य बुद्धि, अंग्रेजी भाषा, मात्रात्मक योग्यता और सामान्य जागरूकता। टीयर 2 एक वर्णनात्मक परीक्षा है जो उम्मीदवारों के अंग्रेजी या हिंदी में लेखन कौशल का परीक्षण करती है। टियर 3 एक स्किल टेस्ट या टाइपिंग टेस्ट है जो कुछ पदों के लिए आयोजित किया जाता है।

Staff Selection Commission will hold a competitive examination for recruitment to the Group C posts viz. Lower Divisional Clerk/ Junior Secretariat Assistant, and Data Entry Operators for various Ministries/ Departments/ Offices of the Government of India and various Constitutional Bodies/ Statutory Bodies/ Tribunals, etc.. Eligible candidates can apply for the posts through the official site of ssc at ssc.nic.in. This recruitment drive will fill up 1600 posts in the organisation. Educational Qualification of SSC CHSL Recruitment 2023
UPTO 01.08.2023
For Data Entry Operator (DEO)/ DEO Grade ‘A’ in the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG), Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, and Ministry of Culture: 12th Standard pass in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized Board or equivalent.
For LDC/ JSA and DEO/ DEO Grade ‘A’ (except DEOs in Department/ Ministry mentioned at Para 8.1 above): Candidates must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.
The candidates who have appeared in their 12th Standard or equivalent examination can also apply, however they must possess Essential qualification on or before the cutoff date i.e. 01-08-2023.
