This is for information of all concerned that written examination comprising Multiple Choice Question based Objective Test for the Law Assistant Engagement Examination, 2022 (under Advertisement No. PHC/LA-01/2022) was held on 04.12.2022 (Sunday) in single shift at Patna. The Provisional Answer Keys for both Series-A & Series-B (Annexure-!) are being published on the official website of the High Court i.e. www .patnahighcourt.gov.in on 15.12.2022. Any candidate who appeared in the said examination held on 04.12.2022 and wishes to make any objection/clarification etc. regarding any provisional Answer Key, he/she may submit request through e-mail (selectionlaphc@gmail.com) till 21.12.2022 (11:55 P.M.) in the prescribed pro-forma (Annexure-H) with scanned copy of authentic reference/source on the basis of which objection has been raised by the Candidate quoting the Name, Author(s), Publication, Year of Publication, Page o. and Para No. of the Authentic & Standard Text Book. Objections received within aforesaid time and in aforesaid mode will only be taken into consideration. However, any objection/ clarification received without any authentic proof/source or any objection/clarification received after aforesaid stipulated period/time shall not be entertained/ considered on any ground whatsoever and shall stand rejected without assigning any reason. Objections received in aforesaid manner within prescribed time limit alongwith copies of the authentic source/reference/document will be considered and the provisional Answer Key shall be finalized and used as Key/Model Answer for the generation of result of the Law Assistant Engagement Examination, 2022. After declaration of result, no representation regarding Question/ final Model Answer, shall be entertained on any ground and shall stand rejected without assigning any reason. In case no objection is received within prescribed time, then the proposed model answer key shall be treated as final and result will be generated accordingly. Candidates are required to pay a sum of ~50/- (Rupee Fifty Only) for each question challenged. This fee shall be non-refundable. The requisite fee is required to be paid through Demand Draft in the Name of Registrar General, P?tna High Court payable at Patna and to be sent through Registered Post/Speed Post to "The Registrar General, Patna High Court, Bailey Road, Patna-800028". Any objection received without Demand Draft and not in prescribed proforma (Annexure-H) shall stand rejected. The decision of the High Court of Judicature at Patna on the objections shall be final and no further correspondence shall be entertained in this regard. The candidates are advised to keep visiting the Court's website regularly for further detail /updates.

(अनुलग्नक-एच) प्रामाणिक संदर्भ/स्रोत की स्कैन कॉपी के साथ जिसके आधार पर आपत्ति की गई है
उम्मीदवार द्वारा नाम, लेखक(कों), प्रकाशन, प्रकाशन का वर्ष, पृष्ठ का उल्लेख किया गया है
ओ और प्रामाणिक और मानक पाठ्य पुस्तक के पैरा संख्या। उक्त समयावधि में आपत्तियां प्राप्त हुई
और पूर्वोक्त मोड में ही विचार किया जाएगा। तथापि, कोई आपत्ति/स्पष्टीकरण
बिना किसी प्रामाणिक प्रमाण/स्रोत के प्राप्त हुआ हो या उपरोक्त के बाद कोई आपत्ति/स्पष्टीकरण प्राप्त हुआ हो
निर्धारित अवधि/समय पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा/किसी भी आधार पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा और किया जाएगा
बिना कोई कारण बताए खारिज कर दिया जाए।
