मृत्युकालिक घोषणा क्या है?
साक्ष्य अधिनियम की धारा 32 मृत्युकालिक घोषणा का वर्णन करती है।
मृत्युकालिक घोषणा एक ऐसा कथन होता है जो मृतक द्वारा ( मृत्यु से पूर्व ) मृत्यु के कारण के बारे या उस संव्यवहार की किसी परिस्थित के बारे में किया गया होता है जिसके परिणामस्वरूप उसकी मृत्यु हुई।
धारा 32 (1) के अनुसार, सुसंगत तथ्यों के लिखित या मौखिक कथन, स्वंयमेव सुसंगत है जबकि वह कथन किसी व्यक्ति द्वारा अपनी मृत्यु के कारण के बारे में या संव्यवहार की किसी परिस्थिति में बारे में किया गया है जिसके फलस्वरूप उसकी मृत्यु हुई, जब उन मामलों में, जिसमें उस व्यक्ति की मृत्यु का कारण प्रश्नगत होता है , प्रकृति कैसी ही क्यों न हों।
Section 32 of the Evidence Act deals with death declaration.
A dying declaration is a statement made by the deceased (before death) as to the cause of death or any circumstance of the transaction that resulted in his death.
According to section 32(1), a written or oral statement of relevant facts is by itself relevant when such statement is made by a person as to the cause of his death or as to any circumstance of the transaction which resulted in his death, when In cases in which the cause of death of that person is in question, whatever the nature.
