अधिवक्ता बन्धुओं के लिए खुशखबरी-

सेंट्रल पब्लिक नोटरी अपॉइंटमेंट के लिए आवेदन रहते है जिसकाे केवल लीगल प्रैक्टिशनर्स या एडवोकेट भर सकते हैं

Qualifications

Form - I meant for those Advocates who have

(a) Practice experience of at least for 10 years i.e. 10 years’ experience from the date of the enrolment in the concerned Bar Council.

(b) Practice experience of at least for 07 years for those belonging to Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/Other Backward Classes/Woman i.e. 07 years’ experience from the date of the enrolment in the concerned Bar Council.

Form II meant for those Retired Government Officers who had been

(a) A member of the Indian Legal Service under the Central Government, or

(b) He had been at least for 10 years,-

(i) A member of Judicial Service; or

(ii) Held an office under the Central Government or a State Government requiring special knowledge of law after enrolment as an Advocate; or

(iii) Held an office in the department of Judge Advocate General or in the legal department of the

armed forces.

योग्यता-

फॉर्म - मेरा मतलब उन अधिवक्ताओं के लिए है जिनके पास है

(ए) संबंधित बार काउंसिल में नामांकन की तारीख से कम से कम 10 साल का अनुभव यानी 10 साल का अनुभव।

(बी) अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति / अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग / महिला से संबंधित लोगों के लिए कम से कम 07 वर्ष का अभ्यास अनुभव यानी संबंधित बार काउंसिल में नामांकन की तारीख से 07 वर्ष का अनुभव।

फॉर्म II उन सेवानिवृत्त सरकारी अधिकारियों के लिए है जो

(ए) केंद्र सरकार के तहत भारतीय कानूनी सेवा का सदस्य, या

(बी) वह कम से कम 10 साल से था, -

(i) न्यायिक सेवा का सदस्य; या

(ii) एक अधिवक्ता के रूप में नामांकन के बाद केंद्र सरकार या राज्य सरकार के तहत एक कार्यालय में कानून के विशेष ज्ञान की आवश्यकता होती है; या

(iii) जज एडवोकेट जनरल के विभाग में या के कानूनी विभाग में एक कार्यालय का आयोजन किया

सशस्त्र बल।

Documents to be attached with the Application Form:-

(i) An Attested copy of the Matriculation Certificate( for date of birth);

(ii) An Attested copy of the Original Graduation Degree Certificate;

(iii) An Attested copy of the Original LLB Degree Certificate;

(iv) An Attested copy of the Enrolment Certificate issued from the concerned Bar Council;

(v) Name in the application form should be same as that in the Enrolment Certificate issued from the Bar

Council, if any Advocates want to change his/her name, generally in case of woman after marriage

he/she has to change his/her name in the Enrolment Certificate also; and

(vi) Married Woman Advocates should attach an attested copy of the Marriage Certificate.

आवेदन पत्र के साथ संलग्न किए जाने वाले दस्तावेज:-

(i) मैट्रिकुलेशन सर्टिफिकेट (जन्म तिथि के लिए) की एक सत्यापित प्रति;

(ii) मूल स्नातक डिग्री प्रमाणपत्र की एक सत्यापित प्रति;

(iii) मूल एलएलबी डिग्री प्रमाणपत्र की एक सत्यापित प्रति;

(iv) संबंधित बार काउंसिल से जारी नामांकन प्रमाणपत्र की एक सत्यापित प्रति;

(v) आवेदन पत्र में नाम वही होना चाहिए जो बार से जारी नामांकन प्रमाण पत्र में है

परिषद, यदि कोई अधिवक्ता अपना नाम बदलना चाहता है, तो आम तौर पर शादी के बाद महिला के मामले में

उसे नामांकन प्रमाणपत्र में भी अपना नाम बदलना होगा; तथा

(vi) विवाहित महिला अधिवक्ताओं को विवाह प्रमाणपत्र की सत्यापित प्रति संलग्न करनी चाहिए।

Note:-

· Duly filled in application which are complete in all respects will only be considered.

· Applicants whose application has been rejected in the past, they will apply only after expiry of 6 months period i.e. from the date of issue of rejection letter.

· Candidates, whose names have not been recommended by the Interview Board, may apply afresh.

टिप्पणी:-

· विधिवत भरे हुए आवेदन पर ही विचार किया जाएगा जो सभी प्रकार से पूर्ण हैं।

जिन आवेदकों का आवेदन पूर्व में खारिज कर दिया गया है, वे केवल 6 महीने की अवधि की समाप्ति के बाद यानी अस्वीकृति पत्र जारी होने की तारीख से आवेदन करेंगे।

जिन उम्मीदवारों के नाम साक्षात्कार बोर्ड द्वारा अनुशंसित नहीं किए गए हैं, वे नए सिरे से आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING UP OF ONLINE NOTARY APPLICATION FORM

• Online Notary Applications may be made only ONLINE by eligible Applicants on the webpage of Notary Cell (http:/legalaffairs.gov.in/notary-cell).

• Online filled up forms & their Acknowledgements are not required to be forwarded to any officials/Notary Cell / Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi in any form i.e. hard copy, e-mail.

• Only Online Notary Applications shall be considered as eligibility for appointment as Notary Public. No Notary application in physical form shall be considered.

• It is not necessary to forward the Online Notary form through District Judge of Concerned District Court. Forwarding by concerned District Judge is not required to uploaded while filling up the Online Application form.

• The Counter signatures of five prominent persons (1st class Magistrate, Businessmen, Advocates etc.) are not required. The Counter Signature of five persons are not required to uploaded while filling up the Online Application form.

• No Queries/Phone calls/E-Mail’s regarding holding of Interviews, dates, venue etc. shall be made. The Applicants will get individual intimation in this regard as and when decision to hold interviews are taken by the Competent Authority, Government of India.

• Those Applicants who have already filled up the Online application form for appointment as Central Public Notary need not apply again. However, the applicants who were unsuccessful in the earlier interviews are required to apply afresh.

ऑनलाइन नोटरी आवेदन पत्र भरने के लिए महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश-

• ऑनलाइन नोटरी आवेदन केवल योग्य आवेदकों द्वारा नोटरी सेल के वेबपेज (http:/legalaffairs.gov.in/notary-cell) पर ऑनलाइन किए जा सकते हैं।

• ऑनलाइन भरे गए फॉर्म और उनकी पावती किसी भी अधिकारी/नोटरी सेल/शास्त्री भवन, नई दिल्ली को किसी भी रूप में अग्रेषित करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है, यानी हार्ड कॉपी, ई-मेल।

• नोटरी पब्लिक के रूप में नियुक्ति के लिए केवल ऑनलाइन नोटरी आवेदनों को ही पात्रता माना जाएगा। भौतिक रूप में किसी नोटरी आवेदन पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

• संबंधित जिला न्यायालय के जिला न्यायाधीश के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन नोटरी फॉर्म को अग्रेषित करना आवश्यक नहीं है। ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरते समय संबंधित जिला न्यायाधीश द्वारा अग्रेषण अपलोड करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।

• पांच प्रमुख व्यक्तियों (प्रथम श्रेणी मजिस्ट्रेट, व्यवसायी, अधिवक्ता आदि) के काउंटर हस्ताक्षर की आवश्यकता नहीं है। ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरते समय पांच व्यक्तियों के प्रति हस्ताक्षर को अपलोड करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।

• साक्षात्कार, तिथि, स्थान आदि के आयोजन के संबंध में कोई पूछताछ/फोन कॉल/ई-मेल नहीं किया जाएगा। जब और जब सक्षम प्राधिकारी, भारत सरकार द्वारा साक्षात्कार आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया जाएगा, आवेदकों को इस संबंध में व्यक्तिगत सूचना प्राप्त होगी।

• वे आवेदक जिन्होंने सेंट्रल पब्लिक नोटरी के रूप में नियुक्ति के लिए पहले ही ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भर दिया है, उन्हें दोबारा आवेदन करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। हालांकि, जो आवेदक पहले साक्षात्कार में असफल रहे थे, उन्हें नए सिरे से आवेदन करना होगा।
