i) B.Com./B.E./B.Tech., and
ii) PG in Management / MBA or its equivalent from recognized university/ college as 2 years full time regular course. (Institutions recognized/ approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE / UGC). Specialisation in Finance will be preferred.i) बी.कॉम./बी.ई./बी.टेक., और
ii) प्रबंधन में पीजी / एमबीए या इसके समकक्ष मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय / कॉलेज से 2 साल के पूर्णकालिक नियमित पाठ्यक्रम के रूप में। (सरकारी निकायों/एआईसीटीई/यूजीसी द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त/अनुमोदित संस्थान)। वित्त में विशेषज्ञता को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
Experience (As on 01-11-2021)
i) Minimum 4 years' post qualification work experience in data management and reporting in a corporate finance/ financial planning and analysis team.
ii) Experience in analysing financial statements and ratios used in banking, preparing financial models & presentations and familiarity to various RBI and SEBI guidelines will be preferred. SELECTION PROCESS:
The selection will be based on shortlisting and interview. Shortlisting: The Shortlisting Committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted (subject to availability) and called for interview. The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Interview: Interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in interview will be decided by the Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Mere fulfilling minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right in candidate for being called for interview. Merit List: Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in interview only. In case more than one candidate score the cut-off marks (common marks at cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit.चयन प्रक्रिया:
चयन शॉर्टलिस्टिंग और साक्षात्कार पर आधारित होगा।
शॉर्टलिस्टिंग: बैंक द्वारा गठित शॉर्टलिस्टिंग कमेटी शॉर्टलिस्टिंग पैरामीटर तय करेगी और उसके बाद, बैंक द्वारा तय किए गए उम्मीदवारों की पर्याप्त संख्या को शॉर्टलिस्ट किया जाएगा (उपलब्धता के अधीन) और बुलाया जाएगा
साक्षात्कार के लिए। साक्षात्कार के लिए उम्मीदवारों को बुलाने का बैंक का निर्णय अंतिम होगा। इस संबंध में किसी भी पत्राचार पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
साक्षात्कार: साक्षात्कार 100 अंकों का होगा। साक्षात्कार में अर्हक अंक बैंक द्वारा तय किए जाएंगे। इस संबंध में किसी भी पत्राचार पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। केवल न्यूनतम योग्यता और अनुभव को पूरा करना निहित नहीं होगा
साक्षात्कार के लिए बुलाए जाने के लिए उम्मीदवार का कोई अधिकार।
मेरिट सूची: चयन के लिए मेरिट सूची केवल साक्षात्कार में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर अवरोही क्रम में तैयार की जाएगी। यदि एक से अधिक उम्मीदवार कट-ऑफ अंक (कट-ऑफ बिंदु पर सामान्य अंक) प्राप्त करते हैं, तो ऐसे उम्मीदवार
